R. B. Bridges earned his B.S. from Louisiana State University and grew up in nursing homes owned and operated by his family. After graduating from LSU he served as an Operations Analyst overseeing 14 skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living facilities. Before joining Traditions, R. B. was also the Executive Director of a 300 bed CCRC, and the Administrator of a skilled nursing facility that averaged over 90 short-term rehab patients. In 2001 he joined Traditions as the Regional Director of Operations for Louisiana. Mr. Bridges was promoted to Regional Vice President and then to Chief Operating Officer before being appointed CEO in January of 2017. R. B. has lead multiple teams in the successful turnaround of dozens of troubled assets. His first-hand knowledge of the senior housing industry is unsurpassing, and he is well respected by his peers for his hands-on and practical approach to operations.

Aaron Bloom - General Counsel

Mr. Bloom serves as General Counsel for Traditions Senior Management with primary responsibility for managing all legal affairs. Specifically, he participates in acquisitions, directs litigation and provides hands-on counsel to all levels of the executive team and operations staff. Mr. Bloom is responsible for protecting Traditions’ legal interests and driving revenue while reducing exposure. Prior to joining Traditions, Mr. Bloom served as Vice President of Legal Affairs for one of the nation’s largest providers of senior housing and has provided legal counsel to long-term care providers throughout the United States since 2001.

Chris Pape - Treasurer

Mr. Pape received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University. He is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has experience with a wide range of business operations, including: healthcare; manufacturers; contractors; wholesale and retail operations; automobile dealerships; medical laboratories; non-profits ; physicians and other service operations. He has extensive experience involving the acquisitions and dispositions of business operations for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and sole proprietorships. He also has experience with a variety of other tax related issues and has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and other state and local regulatory agencies.

Barb Monaco - Vice President of Nursing

Barb Monaco is Traditions Senior Management’s Vice President of Nursing. In this role, Barb leads the company in nursing oversite and clinical operations at all locations throughout the US. She also manages the development of nursing education programs, policies and procedures that meet both Federal and State guidelines. Barb is committed to mentoring and developing Nurse Leaders.

Mrs. Monaco has more than 15 years of nursing experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing facilities. She has led significant corporate initiative, compliance, risk management, audit and day to day operations. Since joining TSM, Barb has served as a key corporate executive, playing an instrumental role in navigating our new EHR system and the strategy used to educate our clinical staff.

Prior to joining TSM, Mrs. Monaco served as the Director of Nursing for 11 years. Previously, she was the Division Nurse Educator for a multi-state operation overseeing 82 buildings for a large healthcare organization.

Passionate about teaching and leading our nurses on the front lines, Barb won the AHCA/NCAL Bronze Quality Award, not once but twice. Her first as the Director of Nursing for a 120-bed unit and her second for a 174-bed facility. She was also a FHCA Nurse Leadership Participant in 2013 through 2014. While a native to Florida, Barb is a registered nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing.

Kimberly Justiniano has 30 years of experience in accounting. Her experience is in being a controller in SNF’s, ALF’s, IRF’s, and Outpatient Rehabilitation in both profit and not-for-profit operations. Kimberly has extensive knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial analysis, and government funding. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Saginaw Valley State University. With her vast financial knowledge and experience, in financial leadership, mergers and acquisitions, billing and collections management, and cash management, Kimberly compliments the Traditions Management Team.
